Sierra Leone has received an important boost in its sports diplomacy efforts as Minister of Sports Madam Augusta James-Teima met with key figures from the International Chinese Boxing Federation.
The meeting, held in Paris, France, featured President Madouni Hocine and Secretary General Kawane Abdenour.
During the meeting, Sierra Leone was awarded a certificate of recognition, highlighting its growing involvement in Chinese boxing.
Although not an Olympic sport, Chinese boxing is recognized internationally.
